I revisited an old TV series back from my high school days. The story revolves around Manhattan's elite and the drama that follows this group of hyper privileged people, with one catch - an anonymous blogger publicizing their every move. It was interesting to see the dramatization of a different social class, but it began to feel like a full on tv soap later on. Somebody's ex turning out to be a long lost sibling, or dead people who aren't actually dead, those kinds of twists that just became overused that they began to feel predictable. I don't normally go for drama shows, but what kept me watching were mostly the outfits that they wore and a little bit of nostalgia. I love all the outfits that Serena Van Der Woodsen wore, especially the golden and earthy colors. Their outfits may be super expensive, but it's nice to just check them out, like sinful dessert in a cake shop. The show reveals who the anonymous Gossip Girl is at the end and I'll leave you without any spoilers to find out for yourself. Xoxo.
